Having spent seven years working under the title of VA, there is a lot of cross over. So if I’m not the right person to help you then I’m pretty sure that I can introduce you to someone that can.
I work closely with Catherine Gladwyn of Delegate-VA and am a resident expert in her membership – How To Be A VA – so between us we are able to help our clients source VA’s that are totally suited to their needs.
The packages that I have created are just one way of working with me, and are examples of the type of work that I handle.
I work with many clients on a week by week, month by month basis, handling a wide variety of their social media, email marketing, advertising, copy writing requirements.
Once we have had an initial chat, we can ascertain the best way to work together, be it on an hourly basis or a monthly retainer.
That really does depend on your geographical location.
Much of the work I undertake is completed from my own office in Maidstone. However, it can often prove invaluable to meet face to face at the beginning of a project in order to further develop a clear understanding of the key business requirements. This, of course, helps to build and enhance the business partnership.

As an independent business owner I do allow myself the luxury of flexibility, however my standard hours are from 9am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
I understand that there are certain occasions when there is a need for work to be carried out outside of ‘normal’ office hours (evenings and weekends). I will provide services outside of my standard hours, if pre-arranged, for certain circumstances (and this may incur additional charges, which will be advised at the time of booking).
I can be contacted during normal working hours (9am-5.00pm) but equally, e-mails and phone messages may be picked up outside of these times. Please bear in mind that when carrying out certain tasks for clients, it may not be practical to speak on the phone immediately – I like to ensure that each clients work receives my full attention. During such circumstances, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. New clients will be issued a 50% deposit on confirmation, based on the agreed monthly project cost.
Thereafter I invoice at the end of every month and, as a small business, my payment terms are “upon receipt of invoice”.
For clients who require hourly services, time is charged in 15 minute increments, with a minimum, initial time of 1 hour.
I calculate worked time using Paymo time tracking software. This means that I never use a minute of your time without it being calculated. You can request a copy of your previous month’s Paymo timesheet with your following month’s invoice.
Payment can be made via BACS transfer, PayPal or cash. Should you wish to pay by credit or debit card then this can be done via PayPal, please request more details when booking your work.
